With firsthand experience as self-employed couriers in the multi-drop sector, we recognised the gap in the market for a platform that truly bridges the gap between couriers and customers. This realisation sparked the creation of The Courier App, which began development in January 2023 and launched in May 2024. By assembling a diverse team of developers, former drivers, and business advisors, we've worked tirelessly to create a platform that meets the needs of both couriers and customers.
