Why Couriers Choose Us

Access to delivery jobs, support and Community

Whether you’ve got a car, a small van, or something long-wheelbase, we’ll match you to routes that suit your location, vehicle type, and availability.
Some drivers work one or two days a week to top up other income. Others run regular rounds Monday to Friday. However you want to work, we’ll build the schedule around you. We take care of the logistics, shift planning, comms, support, and keeping clients happy so you can focus on the job. You’ll always know where you stand, what you’re getting paid, and when you’re working. Once you’re verified, you become a delivery partner, part of a trusted network backed by people who know what self-employed driving actually feels like day to day.

It’s flexible work, but it’s not flaky. We aim for structure, consistency, and long-term relationships - not one-off gigs.

What We Offer

Nationwide
From Scotland to Cornwall, we’re building coverage across urban and rural areas.
Flexible Work
Set your own schedule — from 1 to 7 days a week or ad hoc.
Reliable Pay
Weekly payments, self-billing, and no chasing invoices.
Support
Our team includes experienced drivers who understand the job and back you up.

It’s free to sign up as a Social Member, browse jobs, and even apply - just complete your profile.

If you’re accepted for a job, you’ll be asked to pay a one-time membership fee of £57 + Vat. This covers your background checks and gives you full access to the platform. There are no ongoing charges or hidden fees — just a simple step into a trusted, reliable network.

Most of the work on our platform is currently suited to vans of all sizes - from small vans to long wheelbase.

We do accept cars too, though job availability may be more limited depending on the area and type of work. It’s still worth registering to be in the mix for all vehicle types.

Whatever you drive, your vehicle must be insured for courier use and in good working condition.

The Courier App is built for independent, self-employed drivers — not courier businesses or subcontracting companies.

We work directly with individual couriers who want structured, flexible work and the support that comes with being part of a professional network. If you run a business with multiple vehicles or a team of drivers, this platform isn’t the right fit for that model.

Each profile is linked to one person and one vehicle, so we can manage routes, performance, and communication properly. This helps us maintain high standards for both drivers and clients.

Yes. You’re self-employed, so you’re free to take on other work outside the app. The only commitment we ask is that you stick to the days you’ve agreed to when accepting a job with us. That could be one day a week or seven — it’s your choice.

However, it's important to be clear: you can’t use the app or any work secured through it to approach or contract directly with our clients. We build long-term partnerships with the businesses we work with and our service depends on trust and professionalism.

We’re here to support your self-employed journey but within the structure and boundaries that keep the platform running fairly for everyone.

Most of the jobs we post are structured multi-drop routes, depot-to-depot runs, or scheduled cover work. These are usually set routes that repeat or follow a clear pattern.

We also post short-notice or ad-hoc jobs when our clients need urgent cover, but we prioritise drivers who are verified and ready to go.

Job types vary by area and client, but everything listed is vetted and managed through our team.

How to Join The Courier App

Getting started is simple and free. We’re not asking you to commit to anything upfront. Just create your driver profile, upload a few documents, and let us know where you want to work. Once you're in the system, we’ll send you alerts when new rounds go live in your area. From there, you choose the work that fits and we’ll handle the rest.

"I have found that there is more to work than working 7 days a week. That is health destroying and mentally destroying. I have found  work that allows me to have a work life balance. My shift pattern of week 1 Mon, Tue, Sat Sun working week 2 Wed, Thu, Fri working."

Good job and great managers. Early starts and weekly pay, you can't go wrong. I would happily go back if they could get me a new route.

Setting up with the team was easy, and I was delivering within a day.Not had any issues other than a delivery address that wasn’t correct (customer used wrong address) Chris got me the right address within 15 minutes and delivery was successful"
